I am a dedicated Systems and Network Administrator with a strong commitment to building and maintaining resilient IT infrastructures. My expertise lies in data backup and recovery solutions, utilizing tools such as Bacula, Nakivo, UrBackup, Veeam, and custom scripting to ensure data integrity and business continuity.


I have hands-on experience with Cisco switching and routing, and I install and manage video conferencing systems (Polycom VC) as well as CCTV solutions. My background includes storage administration (DAS, NAS, SAN), server virtualization using platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM, Xen, and oVirt, and managing both Linux and Windows server environments.


I’m proficient in container technologies including Docker, Podman, and Gitlab, and have worked with a variety of database systems such as MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. Additionally, I have extensive experience with web servers including Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, Lighttpd, and IIS.


Security and monitoring are central to my work. I configure and manage firewalls (Strongswan, Sophos, Cisco ASA, PFSense, MikroTik) and deploy monitoring solutions such as Icinga 2, Zabbix, Checkmk, Nagios, LibreNMS, and Cacti. I also develop BASH scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
